The Framework
The Life Framework is a living architecture of interrelated models that describe how coherence emerges within ourselves, our relationships, and the systems we inhabit.

It reveals how life moves — how awareness meets complexity, how systems evolve or collapse, and how presence becomes the ground for meaningful action

Together, these models offer a way of understanding how life and human systems move toward coherence or incoherence and — and how we can participate more consciously within it.

The Framework operates across five primary dimensions:
-
Ontological — How life exists and organizes itself.
-
Biological — How conditions of health underwrite existence.
-
Relational — How presence is experienced through movement and relationship.
-
Perceptual — How awareness shapes meaning and orientation.
-
Systemic — How coherence and incoherence unfold through feedback in living systems.
-
Applied — How these insights come alive through practice, leadership, and daily life.
The models shown below are a basic representations of a few of the models within The Framework. For more information about the practice of coherence within complexity, please contact us.

The Life Model

The Life Model reveals the essential interplay that defines life — how movement and relationship meet being and understanding.

The Living Compass

The Living Compass provides a framing of life experience through existence and awareness as experienced with four human presence-based orientations:
Truth, Connection, Freedom, Adventure.

The Ecology of Coherence

The Ecology of Coherence (basic model shown here) represents the cyclical movement of awareness through movement and consequence, and the feedback loops that reinforce coherence or incoherence, at individual and collective levels.
