 Coherence in Challenging Times

Restoring Our Natural Orientations and Capacities

Supporting leaders, individuals, and communities who want to meet today’s systemic uncertainty with grounded clarity and meaningful response.

Meeting life as it is — with clarity, presence, and coherence.

Not as a practice or performance, but as the return to what has been displaced. Orientation follows - not imposed from outside - but drawn from within.

Together presence and orientation are the foundation for coherence.

Everything in
The Coherence Project begins with presence.

TCP's Presence Practice

We offer a series of presence sessions for anyone seeking to develop or deepen their own practice.

The program consists of four progressive 90-minute sessions, held weekly, that introduce TCP's presence model and offer a structure you can use in your daily experience of life.

No previous experience required.

Four Natural Orientations

Truth.
Connection.
Freedom.
Adventure.

These four Orientations shaped human life for hundreds of thousands of years. They helped us survive, adapt, and thrive in relationship with reality.

Today, they support presence — both received and expressed — into what is emerging in each moment.

In a world that pushes urgency and reactivity, these Orientations help calm the noise and engage your entire being.

They ground you in clarity, resonance, authorship, and aligned action — even when conditions are stressful.

The Living Compass, shown here, is one of several models that help to rebuild coherence from the inside out.

Fostering Coherence in Life

Coherence comes alive in reflection and practice.

It is the natural alignment with the systems of life.

And why it is needed today more than ever.

Through coaching and facilitation, TCP supports individuals, leaders, and teams to cultivate alignment, embody clarity, and act from grounded presence in the midst of complexity.

Coaching

One-on-one and small-group sessions designed to help clients sense patterns, navigate change, and embody in their lives and work.

Facilitation

Collaborative processes for teams and organizations to align awareness, dialogue, and collective intelligence in complex environments.

Mediation

Guided dialogue to restore trust, understanding, and shared direction across systems and relationships.

The Present Experience of Life

It all boils down to the simple and natural experience of presence.

The breath slows, thoughts soften, and we begin to sense and feel more clearly what is happening — here, now, in the reality of life.

A natural way of being… that modern society has conditioned us to override.

From that place, our capacity to respond — rather than react — evolves into greater understanding.

We begin to see the systems we inhabit more clearly, including the hidden causal relationships we’re often blind to because of the stories and assumptions we carry.

In more nuanced terms, we explore presence as both received and expressed — moving from Being to Understanding.

And when we are present within the Four Orientations, we become:

  • More grounded in what’s real

  • More attuned to ourselves and others

  • More capable of making sense of complexity

  • More clear and coherent in how we respond

From here, presence begins to shape more than just our own experience. We contribute to growing patterns of coherence —
and rediscover how to see, sense, and respond beyond the stories that no longer hold.

Pathways to Explore

Furthering human and systemic coherence.

Experiences that help individuals and groups explore awareness and change through reflection and practice.

Studying the dynamics of coherence and incoherence across human, social, and ecological systems.

Applying awareness and coherence to the challenges of life — aligning vision, communication and action.

An exploration of life and the role we play in it, for ourselves, others and the natural systems we inhabit.

Our Vision

Humanity is at a turning point - old ways of living and leading no longer fit the world we're in.

The Coherence Project exists to remind us that how we see the world shapes how we act in it.
